Wild Roots is a collaborative project between Gemma Challenger (artist), Sara Rooney (medical herbalist) and Victoria Cooper (yoga and meditation instructor).
The calendar combines native and migratory UK birds, seasonal herbs and their properties, yoga poses, monthly intentions, folklore festivals and moon cycles. The calendar also contains 12 removable herbal recipes and a yoga chart to keep beyond 2023.
Printed using chemical free inks and paper from sustainably managed woods. We aim for all packaging to be compostable or recyclable.
