Integrative health has been my passion since I began my journey into health. I believe there is a place for both the amazing lifesaving modern medicines and more traditional, preventative nature based plant medicine approach.

I am proud to be part of the Women's heath team under the expert guidance of Dr Amy Shacaluga consultant gynaecologist, in a team focused towards supporting and helping women with hormone problems, such as PMS, PMDD, dysmenorrhoea, irregular periods, fertility optimisation, PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, anxiety, hormonal acne and skin condition, endometriosis, sleep issues, digestive imbalances.
We take a truly integrative approach and work as a team with weekly multidisciplinary meeting to provide the best support for women's health under the guidance of top specialists in their field.
I believe this integrated and personalised approach is the real future for supporting women's health. Choosing the best possible protocol and route for the individual whilst incorporating achievable health optimisation changes under guided support. Preventative health is the future, hormone imbalances be identified and rectified earlier without the need for complex interventions.
