This is a very simple but effective spring cleansing drink. If you drink it over a couple of days you will quickly notice the detoxifying effects.
🌿 A small bag of freshly foraged cleavers. Choose green, soft, juicy specimens. The top part of the plant is best. Cleavers like damp, green areas. Ensure collection areas have not been sprayed, are near roads or popular dog walking sites!
🌿 Thoroughly wash and then chop cleavers
🌿 Half fill a glass jug with the cleavers (optional - add a few slices of lemon and ginger).
🌿 Fill the jug with spring water and stir gently. Cover and leave to infuse overnight.
🌿 Strain in the morning and have 1 glass 2-3 times daily. Lasts in the fridge for 2-3 days.
